1 pounds Beef round; lean -- trimmed

Fat -- ground
1 cup High protein cereal
½ cup Skim milk
1 Egg -- lightly beaten
2 teaspoons Instant beef bouillon -- opt
2 tablespoons Instant minced onion
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions
