Hoisin-chili marinade for barbecued pork

2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
4 | tablespoons | Sherry |
1 | tablespoon | Hoisin sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Chili sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Honey |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
1. Crush garlic and ginger root; cut scallion in 2-inch sections. Then combine remaining ingredients.
2. Rub into pork and let stand 1 hour.
