Homemade horseradish and creamy sauce

1 cup Horseradish root; peel; cube
¾ cup Vinegar
2 teaspoons Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
Creamy horseradish sauce
1 cup Heavy cream
1 cup Mayo
teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Horseradish

HORSERADISH-Combine all ingredients in a processor or blender; process until pureed. Carefully remove cover, keeping face away from container.

Cover and store in the fridge. Use as a condiment.

SAUCE-In a mixing bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add mayo and salt; blend thoroughly. Fold in horseradish. Chill until ready to serve.

Use as a condiment with meats.
