Homemade sour cream

⅔ | cup | Milk |
1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
Directions
Combine margarine and milk in food processor or blender; mix a few seconds until smooth. Stir in vinegar. Refrigerate. (May be used in any recipe that calls for sour cream.)
