Homemade treats for dogs and cats

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons Virgin olive oil
1 cup Water -distilled or filtered
1 Garlic clove-minced or powdered
1 cup Oatmeal
¼ teaspoon Sea salt
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
½ cup Wheat germ

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Blend all ingredients, reserving the wheat germ for later. Roll the dough ¼ inch thick and press into any shape you like. Place biscuits at least 1" to 1½ " apart on an oiled cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. When done, sprinkle wheat germ on top for flavor.

Note: Cut these biscuits into hearts and circles for dogs, and into strips for cats who prefer snacks that have points.
