cup Fat Free Honey Dijon Dressing; (Hellman's/Best

6 cups Mixed salad greens; (6 to 8)
1 Grapefruit - peeled; section, diced
2 Oranges - peeled and sliced
cup Sliced toasted almonds

Directions

Directions: In a zip-top plastic bag, combine the chicken and ½ cup of dressing. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Grill or broil chicken just until cooked through. Slice and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the greens, chicken, grapefruit and oranges. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Sprinkle with almonds. Serves 6. 280 calories.
