Honey glazed stir-fry vegetables

2 Carrots; cut into batons
1 Red onion; sliced
1 Garlic clove; crushed
75 grams Runner beans; thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Soy sauce

Directions

1 Heat the olive oil in a wok. Add the carrots, onions and garlic and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

2 Add the beans, honey and soy sauce and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Great served with rice! Converted by MC_Buster.
