Honey ham kabobs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sugar, brown; firmly packed
½ cup Honey
½ cup Orange juice
pounds Ham steak; fully cooked, cut into 1\" cubes
1 small Pineapple; peeled, cored and cut into 1\" cubes
16 larges Olives, pimiento-stuffed

Directions

Combine brown sugar, honey, and orange juice; mix well, and set aside.

Alternate ham, pineapple, and olives on skewers. Grill over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning often. Baste liberally with honey mixture after each turn.
