Honey-apricot dressing

| Drained | ||
| 1 | cup | Dairy Sour Cream |
| ¼ | cup | Honey |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | dash | Salt |
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until smooth. Chill, if desired.
Makes 1¾ cups.
