Honey-garlic pork loin

4 | eaches | Boneless pork center loin chops, 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 inch thick |
¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
¼ | cup | Honey |
2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Dry sherry |
2 | eaches | Cloves garlic, minced |
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops in heavy plastic bag.
Seal. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Remove chops from marinade, reserve marinade. Broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12-15 minutes, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Source: National Port Producers Council ad in Bon Aptit magazine, October 1990.
