Honeybaked holiday pasta

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ham; chopped
8 ounces Noodles--plain or spinach; cooked
6 tablespoons Dried cherries or cranberries
2 Cloves garlic; minced
3 tablespoons Virgin olive oil
4 larges Carrots; peeled;blanched, diagonally sliced
2 cups Peas; blanched
3 Fruit zest of oranges; lemons limesÿ-- minced
6 tablespoons Pine nuts; browned and drained
½ cup Parsley; chopped

Directions

Cook pasta following package directions. Drain and return to pan to keep warm. Heat olive oil in medium saute pan. Add garlic and saute over med heat until tender. Add carrots, peas, and ham---saute until warm----add to pasta. Combine parsley, zest and cherries or cranberries in separate bowl.Stir half of parsley mixture into skillet---add pasta and toss.Place pasta on platter and sprinkle remaining zest mix and pine nuts over top.
