Honeydew freeze

2 | cups | Cubed honeydew melon |
¼ | cup | Midori (melon-flavored liqueur) |
¼ | cup | Lime juice |
4 | Honeydew melon balls, (optional) (1/2-inch) | |
Fresh mint leaves, (optional) |
Directions
Place cubed melon in an airtight container, and freeze 8 hours.
Combine Midori and lime juice in container of an electric blender.
Gradually add frozen melon cubes, and process until smooth. Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup). Per serving: 186 Calories; 1g Fat (3% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 36g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 23mg Sodium NOTES : Pour into 2 stemmed glasses, and garnish each serving with 2 melon balls and mint leaves, if desired.
