Horseradish - chive butter - sl 11/86

1 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Butter; softened
¼ cup Fresh of frozen chives; chopped
2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Spoon into butter molds, if desired.

CHill until ready to serve. Invert molds and press gently to remove butter. Serve butter at room temperature with smoked turkey.
