Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Envelope unflavored gelatin
¼ cup ;Cold water
1 pack (3-ounce) lemon-flavored gelatin
½ cup ;boiling water
1 carton (8-ounce) sour cream
1 each (5-ounce) jar prepared horseradish
¾ cup Mayonnaise
Purple kale or lettuce

Directions

Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over ¼ cup cold water; let stand 1 minute.

Dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin in ½ cup boiling water; add unflavored gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved. Add sour cream, horseradish, and mayonnaise, stirring until blended. Pour mixture into a lightly oiled 4-cup mold; cover and chill until firm.

Unmold onto purple kale. Serve spread with beef or ham biscuits.

Yield: 25 appetizer servings.
