Ingredients

1 | each | Envelope unflavored gelatin |
¼ | cup | ;Cold water |
1 | pack | (3-ounce) lemon-flavored gelatin |
½ | cup | ;boiling water |
1 | carton | (8-ounce) sour cream |
1 | each | (5-ounce) jar prepared horseradish |
¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
Purple kale or lettuce |
Directions
Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over ¼ cup cold water; let stand 1 minute.
Dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin in ½ cup boiling water; add unflavored gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved. Add sour cream, horseradish, and mayonnaise, stirring until blended. Pour mixture into a lightly oiled 4-cup mold; cover and chill until firm.
Unmold onto purple kale. Serve spread with beef or ham biscuits.
Yield: 25 appetizer servings.
