Horseradish sauce with beets

½ pounds Horseradish; fresh, peeled and finely grated
1 small Beet; peeled and finely grated
½ cup Distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Store in a tightly sealed jar. Serve chilled.
