Horseradish and beet relish

2 | cups | Diced or julienne cooked bee |
½ | cup | Sugar |
⅓ | cup | Horseradish |
2 | tablespoons | Onion juice |
½ | cup | Vinegar |
Directions
Pour all into saucepan, toss lightly and bring to a boil. Serve hot or cold with meat or fish. If served cold, allow to chill overnight.
