Hot orange shrimp

1½ | tablespoon | Ginger root; grated |
2 | tablespoons | Triple Sec |
2 | tablespoons | Orange juice |
1 | teaspoon | Sesame oil |
1 | teaspoon | Chile-infused oil |
1 | teaspoon | Soy sauce |
Ground chili peppers; to taste | ||
¾ | pounds | Shrimp; shelled |
Directions
Mix all ingredients and marinate shrimp for at least one hour. Remove shrimp from marinade and heat marinade to a boil in a skillet. Add the shrimp to the boiling marinade and cook through; remove the shrimp. Boil the marinade until reduced and syrupy, add shrimp to heat through. Serve shrimp with marinade over jasmati rice.
