Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cans (16-oz) of chick peas; discard the liquid from one of the cans
½ cup Tahini (sesame paste)
1 Lemon; juice of, no seeds (up to)
2 Cloves garlic; peeled

Directions

Mix in a food processor. Blend until smooth and serve with warm pita and cucumber and onion slices.
