Impossible tuna tomato pie

| ⅓ | cup | Mozzarella -- shredded |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh basil -- chopped or |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried |
| 1 | cup | Reduced-fat baking mix |
| 4 | Eggs whites -- or | |
| ½ | cup | Egg substitute |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt -- opt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Heat oven to 400~. Lightly grease a pie plate. Sprinkle tuna, tomato, cheese and basil evenly in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed for 15 seconds or with a hand beater or wire whisk for one minute until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
