Tuna cheese pie

Ingredients

8 ounces Can tuna, drained and flaked
1 ounce Parmesan cheese, divided
1⅓ cup Lowfat cottage cheese
3 eaches Eggs
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tablespoon Minced onion flakes
1 pack Instant chicken broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange tuna in a 9-inch pieplate that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. In a blender container, combine half of the parmesan cheese with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour over tuna, top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, until set and lightly browned. Let stand five minutes before serving.
