Indian lentil sandwich spread~ mcdougall

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Cook lentils
4 Cloves of garlic, pressed
2 teaspoons Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
½ teaspoon Ground turmeric
½ teaspoon Chili powder
½ teaspoon Ground ginger

Directions

Combine all ingrediants in a small saucepan. Cook gently over low heat, stirring occasionally, fir 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Chill for one hour.
