Irresistible peach almond crumble

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Sliced peeled peaches or nectarines
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
cup Peach or apricot preserves
½ cup Large flake rolled oats
½ cup All-purpose flour
cup Packed brown sugar
cup Sliced blanched almonds
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger
cup Butter, melted

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375øF

8 INCH BAKING DISH, GREASED

TOPPING

Fruit: In a bowl toss peaches with cornstarch; stir in preserves. Spread in baking dish.

Topping: In a bowl combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, almonds and ginger. Pour butter over; stir in to make coarse crumbs. Sprinkle with fruit.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is golden and filling is bubbly.
