Irresistible peach almond crumble

4 | cups | Sliced peeled peaches or nectarines |
2 | teaspoons | Cornstarch |
⅓ | cup | Peach or apricot preserves |
½ | cup | Large flake rolled oats |
½ | cup | All-purpose flour |
⅓ | cup | Packed brown sugar |
⅓ | cup | Sliced blanched almonds |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
⅓ | cup | Butter, melted |
Directions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375øF
8 INCH BAKING DISH, GREASED

TOPPING
Fruit: In a bowl toss peaches with cornstarch; stir in preserves. Spread in baking dish.
Topping: In a bowl combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, almonds and ginger. Pour butter over; stir in to make coarse crumbs. Sprinkle with fruit.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is golden and filling is bubbly.
