1 tablespoon Olive oil (use the best; really fruity, extra-virgin)
½ teaspoon Cumin
¼ teaspoon Tabasco; or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika

FROM: THE INTERNATIONAL SLIM GOURMET COOKBOOK, BY BARBARA GIBBONS Arrange fillets in a single layer in a shallow broiling pan. Combine lemon juice, oil, and seasonings. Spread over fish.
