Italian sauage and rice

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Italian sausage links
2 cups Rice; uncooked long grain
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 small Red pepper; chopped
1 small Green pepper; chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups Water or broth
2 teaspoons Olive oil

Directions

Cut sausage links into one inch pieces. Brown in skillet. Add olive oil and rice. Stir until all rice is coated with the color of the sausage drippings. Add water and stir in other ingredients. Cover and simmer over medium heat until the rice is the desired doneness.

Serving Ideas : This makes a great one dis meal, or a great main dish.
