Jack's pork chops

4 | Baking Potatoes; peeled and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices | |
1 | large | Onion; skinned and sliced |
Lemon & Pepper Seasoning | ||
4 | Pork Chops; up to 6 | |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375-F degrees. Place potato and onion slices in the bottom of a 10-inch by 16-inch pan that is at least 3 inches deep. Season with Lemon Pepper and place pork chops on top of the seasoned potatoes and onions. Season again.
Fill the pan with about ½-inch of water and place 1 tablespoon of butter at opposite ends of the pan. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 2 hours.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve.
