1 | Scant tsp salt | |
6 | Egg whites or 2 tb Just Whites and 6 tb water | |
½ | cup | Apple sauce |
2 | cups | Oat milk or rice or soy |
1 | tablespoon | Honey or Sucannat |
1½ | cup | Fresh blueberries (mix in last) |
Directions
