Whole wheat pancakes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Whole wheat flour
¼ cup All purpose flour
½ cup Wheat germ
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
cup Milk
1 Banana, chopped

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine flours, wheat germ, baking powder and salt.

Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Fold in the banana. Bake on a lightly greased griddle until bubbles break on the surface, then turn. Bake until done. Serve with your favorite butter and syrup. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 04-28-95
