Jean b’s korean garlic steak (6)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Steak; well trimmed, up to 3
¼ cup Minced scallion
2 tablespoons Minced garlic; (I don’t use a press for this)
2 tablespoons Dark Oriental sesame oil
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Vinegar; (I use cider vinegar, but you could experiment)
1 tablespoon Minced gingerroot
3 tablespoons Soy sauce

Directions

This is based on Korean recipes for Bul Gogi.

Combine garlic, oil, vinegar, gingerroot, sugar, and scallions. Marinate meat overnight in frig. Add soy sauce just before broiling to desired degree of doneness. Jean B.
