Jicama, cucumber and orange salad

Ingredients

¾ pounds Jicama, peeled and cubed
1 Cucumber, seeded and thickly
Sliced
2 Oranges, peeled and cubed
3 Green onions, sliced
¼ cup Lime juice
3 tablespoons Orange juice
½ teaspoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Chopped mint

Directions

1. Combine the jicama, cucumber, oranges and green onions in a glass bowl.
