Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Hamburger per person
Sliced or diced onions
Dill pickle chips
Canned mushrooms
Grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions

Split the ½ lb. hamburger into two ¼-lb. balls. Flatten each until they are ¼-inch thick and saucer-sized (6 inches). On one patty, place in the middle the remainder of the ingredients. Place the remaining patty on top and pinch sides together, so it resembles a pie. Grill until done. (These stay together well once they have been pinched all around.)
