Kaffir lime-peanut sauce

2 | Limes; juiced | |
4 | Kaffir lime leaves | |
¼ | cup | Sweet soy sauce |
2 | cups | Water |
Directions
In a food processor, combine all. Add water. Check for seasoning. Cook slowly, about 30 minutes, until sauce consistency is achieved.
