Kanom mokang muang petch (coconut custard)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Coconut milk (14oz)
4 Eggs -- well-beaten
½ cup Sugar -- granulated
¼ cup Milk -- evaporated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine coconut milk, eggs, sugar and evaporated milk. Pour into a pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until it becomes a smooth sauce. Pour slowly into a 9x9 pan and bake about 30 minutes at 350F.
