Korean marinated pork strips

Ingredients

2 | Pork tenderloins | |
½ | cup | Soy sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Onion; minced |
2 | cloves | Garlic; minced |
2 | teaspoons | Ground ginger |
¾ | cup | Sesame seeds |
2 | tablespoons | Oil |
Directions
Trim the fat from the tenderloins; if thick, split them lengthwise.
Combine the remaining ingredients except the oil in a bowl and marinade the pork at least 3 hr and preferably overnight in the refrigerator. turn and baste frequently. Drain and reserve the marinade. Preheat oven to 375. Transfer the pork to an oiled roasting pan and roast until tender; about 45 min. Simmer in the marinade 10 min. Cut the pork into thin slices and serve. Use the remaining marinade as a dip.
