Laskateszta levesbe (soup noodles)

Ingredients

½ cup Flour, all-purpose
1 each Eggs
1 pinch Salt
3 quarts Water
2 tablespoons Salt

Directions

Knead a hard dough from flour, egg and salt. Roll it out very thin and cut thin vermicelli noodles.

Bring 3 qt water and 2 tablespoons salt to a boil. Cook noodles in rapidly boiling water for 3 minutes, or until done. Drain and rinse with cold water.
