Layered chicken & broccoli

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 tablespoon Finely chopped onion
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon Salt Dash of pepper
2 cups Coarsely cut-up cooked chicken
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnut.
½ cup Sour cream
2 tablespoons Milk
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese Paprika

Directions

Mix broccoli, onion, garlic, ¼ teaspoon salt and the pepper in round microwavable dish, 8 x l l/2 inches. Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; stir.

Layer chicken and water chestnuts evenly on broccoli. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 3 minutes.

Mix sour cream, milk and ¼ teaspoon salt; pour evenly over water chestnuts. Sprinkle with cheeses and paprika. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) 3 to 5 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
