Layered chicken & broccoli

1 | pack | (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained |
1 | tablespoon | Finely chopped onion |
1 | Clove garlic, finely chopped | |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt Dash of pepper |
2 | cups | Coarsely cut-up cooked chicken |
1 | can | (8 ounces) sliced water chestnut. |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
2 | tablespoons | Milk |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces) |
¼ | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese Paprika |
Directions
Mix broccoli, onion, garlic, ¼ teaspoon salt and the pepper in round microwavable dish, 8 x l l/2 inches. Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; stir.
Layer chicken and water chestnuts evenly on broccoli. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 3 minutes.
Mix sour cream, milk and ¼ teaspoon salt; pour evenly over water chestnuts. Sprinkle with cheeses and paprika. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) 3 to 5 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
