Lazy-day cranberry relish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Orange juice
1 teaspoon Orange peel -- grated
4 cups Cranberries fresh or frozen

Directions

In a slow cooker, combine sugar, orange juice and peel; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the cranberries. Cover and cook on low for 6 hr. Mash the mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Yield: 10 to 12 servings. (3 cups)
