Easy cranberry relish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Whole oranges, quartered, pits removed
2 Bags cranberries (12 ounces each)
2 cups Sugar (more or less depending on the sweetness of the oranges)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 pinch Clove
1 ounce Cointreau (optional)

Directions

I run them through an old-fashioned meat grinder fitted with the finest die. I've also done it in processor. You get different textures, but both work just fine.

Serve with ham or turkey.
