Lebanese mashed potatoes with meat

Ingredients

4 larges Potatoes, boiled
2 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Onion, chopped
½ pounds Lamb meat
¼ cup Pine nuts
1 small Can mushrooms, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Allspice
2 tablespoons Butter, cut in sm. pieces
Bread crumbs

Directions

Mash potatoes with butter, salt, and milk. Prepare filling. Fry meat with seasonings. Add onions. Add pine nuts and mushrooms. Fry well. Spread ½ of potato mixture in bottom of greased pan. Spread filling over. Cover with remaining potatoes. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut in squares to serve.
