1 Egg, beaten
Parsley, chopped
Celery, chopped
Celery seed
Flour, bread crumbs, or
Butter or Fat
¼ cup Chopped sauteed onions or raw onion, grated
1 pinch Nutmeg, grated crushed cornflakes

SHAPE INTO LITTLE CAKES

ADD

DIP THE CAKES IN

MELT IN A SKILLET

Brown the cakes in the butter on one side, reverse them and brown the other side.
