Lemon pepper veggies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Broccoli florets
2 cups Cauliflower florets
1 cup Thinly sliced carrot
tablespoon Reduced-calorie margarine, melted
1 tablespoon Lemon pepper
½ teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Steam first 3 ingredients, covered, 5 minutes; set aside, and keep warm.

Combine margarine, lemon pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl; stir well. Add vegetables; toss gently. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
