Lime and tequila baste

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Fresh squeezed lime juice; (4 limes)
2 tablespoons Tequila
1 Clove garlic; minced
¾ teaspoon TABASCO Pepper Sauce
¼ cup Chopped fresh coriander
L/2 c olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Gradually add olive oil and stir after each addition. Use as marinade for fish and shellfish. Drizzle over grilled fish before serving. Makes approximately l cup.
