1 pounds Ground beef or chuck
1 medium Onion; (liquefied in
; blender)
4 tablespoons Chopped parsley
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Allspice
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

Knead and blend all ingredients. Moisten hands with cold water (this will prevent the meat from sticking to your hands). Blend thoroughly and shape into desired amount of burgers. Cook to taste.
