2 pounds Ground turkey
cup Mayonnaise
1 Envelope (1-ounce) dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon Minced fresh or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons Minced fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon Pepper
8 Hamburger buns
Honey mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce, sliced tomato

Directions

TOPPINGS

Combine first 6 ingredients. Shape into 8 patties. Grill over medium-high heat (350F to 400F) 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
