Lo-cal blueberry jam

Ingredients

5 cups Fresh blueberries
Or 2 packages 12 ounces
Each
Unsweetened frozen
Blueberries , thawed
1 pack Fruit pectin powder -- l-3/4
Ounces
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
teaspoon Liquid artificial sweetener

Directions

In a saucepan, mash blueberries. Stir in pectin and lemon juice.

Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from the heat; stir in the sweetener. Stir for 2 minutes. Spoon into jars. Cool, Cover, seal and refrigerate. Yield: 1-½ pints. Calories: 9 per tablespoon.
