Loin roast with smoky barbecue sauce

1 Tendersweet loin roast
25 grams Butter; (1oz)
1 Onion; chopped
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Tomato puree
2 tablespoons Dark brown soft sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dried mustard powder
1 teaspoon Clear honey
½ teaspoon Chilli powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

1. Cook the loin roast following the guidelines on the pack.

2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt the butter, add onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes until softened.

3. Add remaining ingredients, 150 ml (¼ pint) water and seasoning to taste.

4. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
