¼ cup Basil leaves
¼ cup Parsley leaves
¼ cup Non-fat milk
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese for garnish

1 pounds Fettucine pasta

Directions

Directions: Saute‚ garlic cloves in olive oil until golden and soft. Place garlic, ricotta, basil and parsley in the blender. Puree until smooth. Add non-fat milk to adjust consistency. Season with salt and pepper and toss with pasta. Garnish and serve.
