Low fat mexican pasta salad

1 pounds Shell pasta; cooked
2 Tomatoes diced
1 can Corn; drained
1 Pepper; diced
1 can (8 oz) mild green chiles
1 can (16 oz) black beans
1 small Red onion; finely chopped
cup Salsa
½ Fat free sour cream
3 teaspoons Chili pwder
1 teaspoon Cumin
Salt and pepper
