Low fat rocky road brownies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Egg whites -- whipped
1 cup Marshmallow creme
1 tablespoon Vanilla
½ cup Unbleached flour
1 cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Cocoa powder -- sifted
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Preheat oven at 325. Prepare a 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, marshmallow creme, and vanilla. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Bake for 18 minutes.
