Irresistible low fat chocolate brownies

Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spray
1 can Eagle Brand Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz; NOT evap. milk)
cup Unsweetened cocoa
¾ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 Egg whites
¼ cup Unsifted flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350'F. Spray 13x9" baking pan with cooking spray. In 2-quart glass measure with handle, combine Eagle Brand Low Fat, cocoa and chips. Cook in microwave oven on 100% power (high) 2 minutes or until chips melt, stirring after each minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
