Low-fat, low-calorie swordfish with salsa

Ingredients

¾ cup Teriyaki sauce
cup Sherry
4 teaspoons Mined garlic
2 teaspoons Minded fresh ginger
2 teaspoons Sesame oil
6 Swordfish steaks; 1 inch thick
Salsa; (recipe below)

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. Place fish in a shallow baking dish in a single layer. Pour marinade over fish. Marinate at least 1 and a half hours, turning often.

Remove fish from marinade and grill until done, about 4 minutes per side.

Serve with salsa. Yield: 6 servings.
